Refund policy

All artworks sold through this website are produced on demand or released as limited editions. For this reason, all sales are considered final.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and production has begun.

Each print is produced specifically for the customer. Many items are custom-sized, framed, or part of limited editions. These items cannot be restocked or resold.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To report an issue, please email [corporate email address] and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the packaging and the item

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Minor variations in color due to screen differences
  • Personal preference or subjective evaluation
  • Incorrect size selection made by the customer

Limited Editions

Limited Edition prints are individually numbered and hand-signed. Due to their collectible nature, they are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged in transit.

European Union — Cooling-Off Period

Under EU consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

As all prints are produced on demand or released as limited editions, this exemption applies.

Refund Processing (Exceptional Cases Only)

If a replacement cannot be issued and a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after confirmation.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
