My practice investigates how we relate to what we inhabit, from the body itself to collective environments and technological systems. My painting emerges from the friction between the inhabitant and that which contains them.

I develop a visual language rooted in Cubism, in which figuration and geometry coexist through fragmentation and deformation. Colour, materiality and varying degrees of resolution allow me to combine precision, gesture and accident while always maintaining a connection to the recognisable.

I am interested in what happens when distinct entities have to coexist, and how we adapt, resist or transform as we engage with structures we do not fully control.
